It is no accident that we put together a very experienced semiconductor team. Signet's CEO, Rajeeva Lahri started his background in solar during his thesis in thin-film with amorphous silicon at The State University of New York in 1980. Our management team has considerable experience of the cyclical nature of the semiconductor market, where driving 15%-20% per year cost reductions were expected. They fundamentally believe that the solar industry will have similar characteristics as the industry drives to grid parity. |
